Cross wedge rolling
Cross wedge rolling process is mainly applicable to the production of shaft parts with rotating body, such as various gear shafts in the gearbox of automobile, tractor, motorcycle, internal firing machine, camshaft and ball pin in the engine, etc. Cross wedge rolling mill is to send the heated bar into the middle of two molds with wedge bulge rotating in the same direction, and the bar rotates in reverse with the mold under the drive of the mold. At the same time, the material has radial compression deformation and axial extension deformation, so as to form the forging equipment of ladder shaft parts.
