Forging intermediate frequency electric furnace is a power supply device that changes the power frequency from 50Hz AC to intermediate frequency (above 100Hz to 8000Hz). It first rectified the three-phase power frequency alternating current into direct current, and then the direct current into adjustable IF current, supply by the capacitor and induction coil through the IF alternating current, in the induction ring to produce a high density magnetic field line, and cut the induction ring in the metal material, in the metal material produced a large eddy current. This eddy current also has some properties of IF current, that is, the free electrons of the metal themselves flow in the metal body with resistance to produce heat, this heat is the heat heated by the IF furnace, so that the metal heats and melts.
